Hello, first of all. Our sincerest apologies that this project was not handled better on our behalf. We strive to provide the best possible customer service available, in this instance we obviously failed in doing so. With that being said, we just want to clarify a few things. We NEVER take...

money up front on residential projects, this was the case for this project as well. It sounds as if the client was out $4000 when in fact they were not. We do acknowledge having a contact issue, we only had one number on file, unfortunately this number was a landline that had a full message box. When we realized the problem we sent an email and our client promptly responded with a better number and the fence was completed shortly after. Our client was pleased with the outcome and the Invoice was paid in full, we did pass along a discount for their troubles. We understand we fell short here at BFC, we will always grow from our mistakes and make the adjustments needed to correct similar issues from occurring in the future.  Thank you,BFC Mgmt.
