This is a follow up to a complaint made in June regarding this companyI wanted to add that the owner of the company contacted me in May to say that he was willing to refund my deposit plus additional costs totalling $He requested that the reimbursement be payments of $for weeksI
agreed and completed a promissory note and sent it to the business addressThere has been no response from this businessAnd no money refundedMr*** wanted me to first state that the issue had been resolved, and contact the Revdex.com before he pays meAs I stated in the promissory note, I would gladly report to the Revdex.com the issue was resolved when the money had been refundedThis company reneged on its agreement to refund my moneyI had contacted Mr*** on two occasions regarding my request to resolve this in AprilIn May, he threatened to have me arrested for harassmentHe was assuming no responsibility for the situation, and attempted to tell me that he had 'other owners' in the business who were responsibleI certainly didn't harass Mr***, but request my money backI researched as to whether Mr*** was listed with the City of Jamestown, as a registered business, and I could not locate himI also could not locate anything indicating that he had other business partnersThere was no more contact from this company and I'm now forced to go to court to resolve this matterI'm a private practice therapist is business for over years, and I would never treat an individual the way he has, as well as not following through on his commitmentI don't believe this is a reputable business.I was hoping to settle this out of court, but it looks as though there is no resolution with this company

We have been in contact with the customer about this issueWhen I spoke to customer on 12-28-17, she was told the new replacement was out of stock for 2-weeks, she was ok with thisThis set arrived early on 1-10-I reached out to the customer and the delivery is scheduled for 1-13-This issue has been resolved, customers have to understand that the proc for replacements does take some time

We have been in contact with the customer about this issue. When I spoke to customer on 12-28-17, she was told the new replacement was out of stock for 2-3 weeks, she was ok with this. This set arrived early on 1-10-18. I reached out to the customer and the delivery is scheduled for 1-13-18. This issue has been resolved, customers have to understand that the proc for replacements does take some time.
