Dear Revdex.com, I contracted Brothers Foundation Repair to repair the foundation on on my houseAugustine came and wrote up a contract on the job and told me it would take them days to completeOn December 7th we signed the contract Augustine agreed to start work on January 4, after days they had not made much progressOnce they finally poured the foundation wall and the pads under the house I found out they had not dug them to the specs of the contractThe pads were less then 20Tx20Wx10D in deep vs20Tx20Wx20D and they told me they placed rebar at the bottom of the hole as well as placing some on top and pushing it inThey should have secured and hammered the rebar into the ground to create a stronger productThe did end up removing the recently poured pads and digging new ones to the proper depthThe next issue was they did not pour pads at the locations on the drawing the provided and the Engineer Matt V*** signed off on In the contract they also agree to replace fl

Since Brothers foundation wouldn't return calls which seams like they made up there mind to not compete the contacted work and warranty they issuedI would like a partial refund in order to have the foundation remediation work completed in a timely mannerAttached are photos of areas that Brothers foundation should have addressed but have not.Regards,

When I purchased my home in July this company had already done foundation work for the previous owner The warranty on the work is fully transferrable to the new owners In Feb I noticed some cracks in the wall and ceiling suggesting foundation movement despite following all the recommendations to maintain a good foundationI called the number on the warranty (which belongs to the owner it appears) on 3-17-16, 3-30-16, 4-4-and left voicemails to call me and no one ever didIt was not until I found them on the Revdex.com that I found another phone number and was able to speak to someone then On Monday 4-4-I requested that someone come out to evaluate for movement in the foundation and was told that their schedule was too full and could not come out until next week
I advised that this is unacceptable, I have been calling since mid-March and now my home has to endure further damage because the owner never wanted to call me or delegate a staff member to call me and schedu

Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.I have met with MrH***, he does not agree with you complaint He does not think this is justified since an engineer inspected and signed off on his report It was also inspected by the City inspector MrH*** has ask me to submit choices - Set up a meeting between both of you and go over documentation and come up with a solutions you may get engineers (a your cost) to inspect you home and send us out comeIf both engineer's disagree with Matt V***'s report we will then discuss on what needs to be done As for my relationship with MrH***, I handle the complaints with the Revdex.com and any other complaints that are submitted to his officeI also used to be his office manager for many years.Due to MrH*** not returning or answering my calls It appeared to be the only option to contact the Revdex.com and potentially have my attorney step inI was trying to have Brothers foundation come out to adjust the foundation as Mr, H*** recommended after weight was added back and a few months had passedI have had another engineer come out to inspect since Matt V*** admitted to not doing a quality job since he was hired through by brothers foundation repair and not the customer directly which is unethical according to the state licensing board and could come with hefty ramificationsI feel that the refund should go though so I can hire a different foundation company that will do remediation work to correct the issuesThe owners of brothers have not followed through and are not giving me any signs of confidence in there company or business practices.

It sounds to me you have already made up your mind and not willing to work with us on this issue.  As for what you stated about Matt V[redacted] that is something I do not believe he would say. My understanding Matt, Mr. H[redacted] and yourself met up at the property and Matt did another inspection of the work and gave you his opinion.  I will contact Matt V[redacted] and ask about your accusation. We do not pay people to lie. Matt is respectable as Brother's Foundation.  I request at this time 2 engineer reports disputing Matt's findings and pictures of the damages you want fixed. Thank you

I will discuss this with Mr. H[redacted]. At this time he is not working do to his fathers failing health. I am short handed at this time. I will discuss and go over contract and anything else I need to do at this time and see if I can solve this issue. I do request some time for we do not know at this time what will happen with his father. I sincerely apologize for this inconvenience this may cause.  I will get back with you around mid week.

I am aware that this does not resolve the dispute. I was asking for a few days to become familiar with the issues, review documents and find a solution to resolve.  I am in the process of doing this and meeting with both Mr. H[redacted] and Mr. P[redacted].
