The order was to have windows that would fit the already existing shutters. We were assured that the windows would fit the existing plantation shutters. Windows came in -- did not fit windows.
Because of their mistake, Brothers was suppose to pay for the new shutters that would fit the already installed windows. Brothers never paid for their mistake even though the shutter company discounted the new shutters. This left us to pay for Brother's mistake at $2,200
Multiple calls, text messages and emails have gone in to Brothers and I have never not once received a response. Contacts, ***, ***, Sales & *** who is the owner
is not a consumer of Brothers Home Improvement, Inc. From what we understand, she is the real estate agent for our customer, *** (***). Brothers Home Improvement already settled things with homeowner, Mr., and he was extremely pleased and satisfied. We reimbursed him $4601.04 which was far more than what *** was asking for in her complaint. She needs to communicate with homeowner in order to get her facts straight.
