As the owner of BROTHERS IN ARMS SECURITY(Dennis Ruff), we are not a hour service for *** *** ***We are only there vehicle patrols a night and are only contracted to do tows one of the vehicle patrols and cannot tow every single vehicle as we are contracted and instructed to management
on what and how many tows a night we can do because we are only there for to minutes a stopAs to the Complaintant we do dont indulge in any information due to client priveledges and not to residents as it privacy clause

We cannot indulge in any information to you also falsyfying your name on the Revdex.com is a violation and use your garage as a storage is also another violation of property rules

In Response to Dennis the ownerI am fully aware you are NOT a hour security for CasalaogoI know that you security checks cars after 11pm at night and the cars I am indicating that are in 100% violation are cars parked there after 11pm WITHOUT park passesThere are to cars each night after 11pm that DO NOT have parking passes on their window. I am aware you can't TOW every carBut if there are cars that DO NOT have parking passes, WHY are they not ticketed? If they are all breaking the parking rules of the complex, they should all be ticketed. What I think is going on is the Brothers in Arms is NOT doing their jobThey are only selecting a couple of cars to ticket and then leaving to the next property they manage, but CHARGE the apartment complex the FULL amount of service.I am not happy with the response that they provided.
