called me to tell me one of her sprinklers wasnt working, I went to her house and checked the sprinkler, I called her and explained to her that wasnt the problem, that the pvc pipe was broken. I did dig and see the water coming out of the pipe and thats when I explained to her what the problem was. When I called her to explain the problem about the pipe she answered in a rude manner and told me I must fix it. I told her I would fix the pipe but I had to charge her extra because that wasnt part of the deal we did in the beginning. The purchase date was in march 15, 2014 and the problerm occurred in June 30, 2014. To me its obvious that pipe did not break while I was doing my job because this happened three months later. Then I found out about her complaint with the Revdex.com. I called her once and she did not answer. I ran into her because we are neighbors and made a sign with my hand for her to stop so we could talk, but she did not stop. I went to her house and stand on her drive way and asked if we could talk and her answer was she did not want to talk at that moment. She asked me if she could contact me later and I told her to please do so because I wanted us to come to an agreement which she never did, this is why I decided to respond to her complaint through the Revdex.com. Review: In March of 2014, Brothers Landscaping was hired to replace all my sprinkler heads and provide me with a new electrical box housing my sprinkler system. They were also hired to aerate the grass, cut the grass (to decrease the thickness), trim the bushes and the surrounding shrubs. In June 2014, one of the sprinklers heads stopped working and was shooting water up into the air. I called Brothers and was told by the owner that he would come and look at it. He did come and look at it. He told me, "underneath the grass, there was a crack in the PVC pipe" that is why the sprinkler was spraying out. I asked him how he could determine that it was the PVC pipe if he hadn't dug it out. I asked him again, to look at the sprinkler head. He said he would charge me to fix it " because he knows it was the PVC pipe, not the sprinkler".Desired Settlement: I would like him to come replace the sprinkler head.
