Paid in advance for lawn care service never received. Ask for a refund they’re refusing. The transaction was through Cash App $60 to $larasweettreats Sunday, July 26 at nine in the evening. I was supposed to be scheduled for yard service Monday morning at 10 AM. They never showed up. By 1 o’clock Tuesday afternoon I canceled the service and ask for a refund.

I purchased some flagstone from George. he showed up quickly, all was good. But since that day George has managed to steal $775 from me.
I placed a follow up order for more flagstone. He called me and said for him to hold it(until he delivered) I had to pay in advance or he was going g to seel it out from under me. So stupidly, I paid, For that as well as the large stone referenced in the original review. In total $775. We had 7 "delivery times" that he just chose to not do. Always with and excuse. Until yesterday, the 7th missed delivery in less than a week. At which point he is deliberately dodging my calls.

I'm going to attempt to get my $ back by filing charges. Dont make the same mistake I did.
I hired Brothers Lawn Care to lay sod in both my front and back yard. We agreed on a price and I was sent a contract on March 9, 2020. The agreed upon cost was $6275.00. We paid $2000 in cash to get started. Brothers Lawn Care removed the existing lawn and leveled the ground in both the front and back yard. We paid an additional $2,275 in cash for the ordering and laying of sod. Eleven pallets of sod were ordered and approximately 2/3 of the front yard was completed with approximately seven pallets. The remainder of the pallets (4 pallets) were picked up and to date no progress has been made on the yard. Per the contract, Brothers Lawn Care still needs to haul off debris, finish sodding both front and back yard, add soil additives, fertilize lawn, and apply metal edging around all four trees. We have spoken with the owner and he always states he will finish the yard this week. Now the owner will not respond to call and/or text massages. All interaction and money paid have been collaborated via text message. I have a copy of the contract and pictures of all the work. If Brothers Lawn Care is not going to complete the job I would like a refund for the condition my lawn has been left in.
