Poor customer service. We went to Brothers Lighting instead of ordering from an online merchant because we wanted some guidance and to be able to return anything we changed our minds about. We spent over $1,000. on ceiling fans --- no discounts. We should have left after the apathetic reception we received from our salesman. He was not helpful in any other way but to check stock and prices. We were not warned that if we did not like the way the fan looked or sounded once installed --- too bad. Tried to return one that our electrician put up and immediately took down because it looked like a Black Hawk helicopter was landing in the room. They said "no way" because it had been installed. (We have found that other local merchants would have accommodated such a return.) Anyone need a 60" bronze/walnut $340 ceiling fan?
