Ever since they opened their business, Brother's Lock has been my for locks that need changing whether office or home They have arrived quickly, worked efficiently and courteously and best of all their prices are very reasonable for all the work they have done
My experience with Brother's Lock has always been terribleDealing with them through a company I used to work for, and personallyI called them because we were purchasing a home, and one of the doors got lockedMy one criteria, was that it get done by a certain time, as I had to go to university for an examThey assured me it wouldn't be a problem, and when the day came I called them first thing to make sure it wasn't a problem, and they again assured me it would be done by a certain pointThen minutes before I need to leave rolls around and they said "We never promised that we won't be there for another hour." I said if it's going to be that late, "I won't be around to pay you, I have an examI can come down and pay later"*** *** *** I explained *** I just wanted the service I was promised, and if they come later, I won't be there to pay them, and I could pay later*** *** Wouldn't recommend to anyone, and I think it's simple as to whyI found an excellent local company who was able to help me despite Brother's rudeness, and it all ended up okay***
Went there to have a key fob for my Buick Lucerne re-programmed as my family had been going there for years..The owner told me he would not do it as it was to hard and to much trouble and have fun doing it myselfI told him I needed a Key fob Programmer Tool so I can't do it myself do I have to go to a dealerHe said wait I will check and called the worker in the fieldThen said it will cost $to do both I said Okay that would be fineBut it is not a guarantee that the fob will work and the $fee still appliesI agreed and gave him my phone number as he said the machine is out in the field and will contact me tomorrow morningCalled back days later same story waited weeks finally went to another lock smith who reprogrammed the fobs on the spotWILL NEVER go back there again he was rude and even thought I was going pay to have the work done wasn't interested in helping me with my problem
