Review: It was agreed by both parties,(Brothers Lopez company) and my husband and I that after the job was done, Brothers Lopez had to clean up all the mess of the materials used and we requested an invoice with receipts. Brothers Lopez did a concrete job in the backyard for us on a rental property and couple pieces of concrete at our residency. After working on the rental, Brothers Lopez completed couple pieces of concrete at our residence, At that time, they were full paid not only the appraised amount but also we paid them $400. extra than agreed because Mr.Lopez miscalculated when he did his appraisal at our rental house. Same day we paid Brothers Lopez, it was agreed for them to go clean up in couple of days, which was not done. I called Mr. Lopez a few times, but no luck until finally, I got a hold of him, it was kept promising to take care of the cleaning, I also mentioned that we were unhappy with one piece of concrete that they'd done at our residency and I asked him to come take a look (water sits and doesn't drain)he said he would. once again I tried to get a hold of Mr. Lopez because they didn't follow through with what was agreed. I finally got a hold of him about a month later and finally showed up supposedly to clean up (he only picked up few pieces of cement and a piece of wire in the front yard only)once again, cleaned up was not completed and no receipts were given, which I gave him a final date to take care of it and still wasn't done properly and clean up was not completed. I took pictures of all the mess and I have conversations between Mr. Lopez and I, saved in my phone... we ended up with splashed outside walls with dried cement, pieces of wood left, excess of cement all around and chunks of broken cement, wire that was used for the job. over all,we are not happy with the outcome of Brothers Lopez job: appointments dates were not met, hard to get a hold of them. also I requested the material receipts and a receipt of what was paid, which we never received.Desired Settlement: The work performed wasn't what was agreed to by Brothers Lopez, the clean up wasn't done, which we were under the understanding was included in the price. Since it was not done and now has damaged the outside of our rental home,and a piece of cement done at my residency water sinks (sits), we are not happy with. would like a refund for the work to repair our home and pay for the clean up. i'd say $1,500.
