I have used Brothers Motors (BM) twice within a 12 month period. First time to move our Honda Odyssey from Atlanta, GA to San Francisco, CA and recently to move two vehicles from San Francisco to New Jersey. Both times my experience with this company has been very positive. Vitaly at BM has been very professional and provided great customer service. These guys are professional and I won’t hesitate to recommend Brothers Motors to any of my friends & family for their vehicle transportation needs.

I wish I could leave ZERO stars. This company has by far been one of the WORST car shipping experiences in my life. The broker did not tell me that the only payment options are cash or cashiers check so I didn't have cash with me and asked if I could pay by card. The answer was no and by this time the banks are already closed and I cannot pull more than $500 in a day at the ATM. He kept my car and told me in the morning dispatch would call me and tell me where to get my car. They never called the next morning so I called THEM and they told me that my car is at the tow yard and they wont disclose the location until I pay them. I had already taken out the cash from the bank (with no transportation mind you because THEY have my car) so I asked how did she expect me to pay cash when the driver left my car already? She tells me I need to go to Wells Fargo (still don't have a car by the way) and put the money in her account. It sounds fishy to me because I wouldn't have a receipt and once I paid I would have no way to get my money back. I called the broker and voiced my concerns with this company. Waiting on a call back. I have shipped many cars before and this hands down is the worst experience I've ever had. Relocating across country is hard enough without people punishing you for someone else's mistake. Now I am without a car today and I have an interview scheduled.

Customers---Please read both sides! Hello Ashley, Why post the exact same review across all platforms? As a family owned company, it is already hard enough to get people to even leave reviews. That completely aside, Ashley I understand your frustration fully, but I would like for you to also consider our side as well. When you book a transportation, it is your responsibility to make sure that you can pay with the way you would like to pay. As a carrier, we booked the transportation with the broker, 2 J's Auto Transport Inc, under the terms that the payment will need to be collected via "*Cash/Certified Funds on Delivery." If you speak to your broker, they will be able to confirm that. Please note, we DO accept credit cards, but our company policy is that credit cards will need to be charged at the time of PICK UP to allow for sufficient processing time, not last second upon delivery, and that is simply for our own security, as you can hopefully understand. This is also supposed to be confirmed with us PRIOR to pick to arrange a credit card authorization form. If the broker did not inform you of that policy (Which is the policy of 99% of all transportation companies out there), that is an issue with miscommunication from the broker. Even with that, we made an honest attempt to inform the individual listed BY THE BROKER as our point of contact at delivery of the payment methods that we accept, 25 hours PRIOR to our attempted delivery (and that person, was NOT YOU, it was your father). We called one day prior to delivery on 10/9/17 at 12:05:56 PST, No answer, call was 1 minute and 13 seconds, and we left a Voicemail asking for a call back to confirm time and address. PLEASE NOTE! Your delivery time window was 4pm-7pm EST not PST for the FOLLOWING DAY. That gave you 25 hours to withdraw funds, before the time window even began. Keith J (INDIVIDUAL LISTED AS POINT OF CONTACT FOR DELIVERY) promptly called back on 10/9/17 at 12:08:52 PST with a phone call lasting 1 minute and 16 seconds where clear instruction was given that payment must be prepared in the amount of $825 Via "MONEY ORDER, CASHIERS CHECK, OR CASH". Again, there was plenty of time to withdraw money within those 2 days (25hours available for you to be able to go to the bank and withdraw funds). Our Phone calls ARE recorded, as was announced to Keith J when he called us back, and after reviewing the situation and the calls, we came to find that our dispatcher told him the time window (4pm-7pm EST), confirmed the address, and then told him of the payment methods acceptable. It is not our fault that Keith did not inform you of the payment methods. After all, he was our POC, not you, and we had no instruction to contact you at all. Nor is it our fault that the broker didn’t inform you. We did everything that we could, but please understand, we do not work for free, and we must know that we are going to be payed for the work that was done. That is simply why you were no longer given any any other option but to pay for the transportation before you can receive your vehicle.

Brothers Motors did an outstanding job transporting our vehcile to the east coast.

I was working with another company who delayed my shipment at the last minute. I fired them and called brothers. They picked my vehicle up the next day and delivered it 3 days early.

I'm very happy with Brother's Motors service. They shipped my cars from California to Ohio-Columbus with in 3-4 days and never missed C omitted delivery date. I will always recomend BB to anybody

I recently (07/2017) moved to Louisville, KY from San Jose, CA. My car arrived even a day earlier than estimated and in same condition as it was in San Jose. I will be shipping another car September, 2017 with Brothers Motors.
