This customer called us on 01/09/17 and told us that she had another plumbing company out who told her she needed her drains cleaned but has not shown back up and never returned her calls. We went out the same morning we were called even though she said she could not pay until the next day....
We let her know that would be fine. We let her know that if we needed to return and clear the line again, we would have to install a cleanout and provided the price and noted what we had found had been done previously. We have attached the invoice that Ms. [redacted] received at the time of service.

Again there not compliant to there warranty-"Warranty There is an one month/one stoppage warranty whatever comes first." Looks like there not going to do so. I don't have another $300 this time of year to throw at this issue. So living with unusable toilet because there not compliant. They hurt themselves by doing this because I would've given them as reference. Don't know what else to do.

We have attached the original invoice to this response as well as our last response. On this invoice it notes "If we need to return and clear line again, we will have to install a cleanout at a cost of $558.75." When Ms. [redacted] called back in to let us know her issue had returned, we offered to do what is necessary to correct her issue. We also offered to apply the amount she paid originally to the necessary repair (558.75-249.00) for a total of $309.75. She, in turn, hung up on our technician. Based on her response, we will not be able to help her.
