We had a big issue with water backing up in our basementWe had another plumber come in and have a look at this issue and they did not fix it properly and when I called them back they basically said sorry we can't help youThen I called Brothers plumbing! They sent someone out within an hour to look at the problem they gave us a very reasonable quote and then believe it or not they put an application into the city in order to get a rebate for a backflow valve which we found very helpful and would not have installed it and less they suggested itTheir workmanship was excellent their workers were efficient and friendly! This is a company that delivers on what they say they're going to do and follows up to make sure that the job they did was sufficientThe girl that answers the phone name is Lisa and she is so helpful I would suggest this company anyone that's having plumbing issues
