I'm extremely thankful to Brothers Plumbing for helping us to solve the leakage issues. We didn't give much importance to this small leakage in the kitchen pipe. But one morning our whole kitchen was flooded. I would like to thank Brothers Plumbing for their effort.

On August 31, 2019, I had Brothers Plumbing come to fix a dishwasher valve under my sink. The old one couldn't be turned off completely. Omid recommended I replace all 3 pipes and valves due to rust and seizure of the valves. He said I should also get a new faucet. Work was done and he said I would receive my invoice marked paid by email.
When I received it that evening, I was struck speechless by the cost of the faucet...$540.00...GOOD SINGLE HANDLE 3 HOLE WITH SPRAY *** #*** CP - Special Order. However, the box it came in strapped closed before Omid cut the straps, is a ***, which sells for $158 CDN.
Having called twice, no one has bothered to call me back.
I'm disappointed and want to understand why the extra $400. *** I'm hoping for a refund between the cost of the two faucets.

I needed a new cartridge for a *** faucet. A 20 minute repair.

They charged me $412 !

(no charge for the cartridge because it's a ***)
