I had a negative experience with this company the owner Lisa was rude and disrespectful. The serviceman Steve came to the property multiple times because he didn't have the right knowledge or equipment to make the repairs the first time I was charged for repairs that were not necessary. I paid for that then to find out I needed a pump I was never told how much the pump was I was never billed for pump and I was never asked to charge my credit card for authorization for the cost of the pump I saw the charge on my credit card for$ 830 that was not authorized I disputed it and that's when the owner finally called me and was yelling and belligerent even though I told both her and her account receivable person that I don't have a problem paying the bill I just never received an invoice or was informed of how much the service and parts were.
