The first year I used them, they were great, but since then all downhill. I moved and provided my new address as soon as I moved. I wanted old property taken care of while for sale but wanted bills sent to new address. They still have not updated my address. Additionally, there were numerous billing errors from crediting the wrong amount to carrying balances forward wrong. Had I not been paying attention, it would have ended up being $125 in additional charges that weren't mine. Fed up with them.
Review: [redacted], the owner of Brother's, signed a contract with me last year on August 13, 2013 to do landscaping work in my backyard. He said that he would start in September 2013 but did not get started until late October. He was to install a new patio, install underground piping for my rain gutters, put a granite veneer on my back step re-grade the lawn so that the rain water would move away from the house, then add topsoil and grass seed to where the grading was done. [redacted] started the work late last autumn and was able to complete most of the patio, the back step and the pipework. He did not complete the re-grading of the yard and layout topsoil and seed as stated in the contract. The grout at the edge of the patio is unfinished. It was late November when he said that the ground was too cold to work the soil. He asked to be paid for his services. He was paid for all of his expected service except for $300. He stated that he would complete the work in the spring when the ground was warm enough to complete the job. We have called him on numerous occasions as to when he would complete the work. He has given false promises to complete the work. It's been 8 months since he started the job. It appears that he has no intention of completing the work.Desired Settlement: We would like [redacted] to complete the job he is contractually obligated to complete.
