Excellent job! would highly recommend this company.

[redacted] of the Brothers Relocation moving company and his entire crew went above and beyond what anyone could have expected from a moving company. The crew started at 8am smiling & joking EVEN when they saw that I lived in an upstairs condo. So absolutely everything had to go down 17steps. [redacted] treated my possessions as their own. [redacted] was the king of wrapping larger things in blankets! [redacted] must have lost 30 lbs. up and down those stairs. [redacted] must be the champ of Tetris the way he arranged everything in that truck. And [redacted] was just everywhere doing everything and keeping the laughter going. By 2:30 they were done and still smiling.
Due to an unforeseen glitch in my closing on the condo [redacted] worked with me to figure out the best way to handle my possessions over the entirely book end-of-the-month ultra-busy weekend. Again he went above and beyond.
Monday we were back in business and they arrived at my new Green Bay home on time and all smiles again.(I think it was because I'd moved into a ranch - no stairs!)This time [redacted] and [redacted] were joined by [redacted]. Again they treated my possessions as their own. They were so fast and their experience showed. Heavy dressers were moved and positioned with ease. Couches, which had been completely wrapped in plastic to keep them clean were placed where I wanted them. Nothing was chipped, dented, or broken because of the care the crew took with everything. [redacted] with is knowledge and skill, [redacted] with his strength, skill and laughter, and [redacted] with his skill, and work ethic all made my moving experience with Brothers Relocation a stress-free joy.
I know I rambled with my narrative, but the men were so careful with my possessions and so much fun to watch work, and to be around I had to let people know that they get much more for their money with Brothers Relocation...Awesome service, skillful handling of your possessions, careful wrapping of anything breakable, and cheerful movers. Thank you [redacted]

We thought Brothers Relocation did a great job! Professional friendly, and timely. Would definitely recommend them!

I hired this company to do a move.

I received a call the day before confirming the move.

The day of the move, I waited over an hr, and still they did not arrive.

I called 3 times, left a voice mail cancelling, due to the company not coming, or calling.

I had to find a new last minute mover.

They finally called, asking if I could do the move the next day....

The company had a person call in sick, but they made to attempt to call

and let me know.

Very disappointed.

We hired this moving company to move our larger items. The quote according to the items we listed was for 4 hours. The movers actually took 11.5 hours. They did not put down rugs on the floors, nor did they wrap the door jams until the last hour, after I complained to the owner via telephone. They put huge scratches in our new refrigerator and broke off the water line to the ice maker. 2 large chunks of wood were taken out of the armoire. The movers seemed inexperienced and did not hustle as they should have being paid by the hour. I even had to help them move items off the truck. Very bad experience.

I can't say enough positive things about this company! Everyone I dealt with was great, from the office staff to the actual movers. The next time I move I will not need to call anyone else as I will be more than happy to use Brothers Relocation Services again.
The office went over the charges I could expect before I even set the date & time of the move, called the day before to confirm the date & time of the move and there were no surprises. All of the charges were what they said they would be!
The movers themselves were very courteous and did everything that they say they will do on their website. I've heard horror stories about other moving companies so I was a bit nervous about using one but I will not hesitate to not only use this company again, but will recommend them to anyone I know that is moving.

Review: This company made several false claims and the customer service we received was very poor. When booking we were told certain precautions would be made in order to keep our floors, walls and doors clean and protected however none of those precautions were taken. More importantly when hiring a moving company we expected our movers to be physically fit to move the necessary items. This was not the case and our movers had to take 10-15 minute breaks in between each run due to physical pain they expressed to us they were having. One mover even had to take a longer break while I found him some Ibuprofen to take for his pain. All of which we, the customer, was paying for. After speaking with the owner he stated the breaks were necessary to ensure nothing was damaged however every time we walked by to check on them they were just talking to each other and leaning against the truck. Lastly, when the driver called the company to let them know they were done and get the final total they didn't have any record of when they started that morning so they just went off the estimate we were emailed which was incorrect. The movers showed up later then expected because their truck broke down the morning of.Desired Settlement: I request a partial refund to be made due to the extended breaks the movers were taking.

Response:

Brothers Relocation Services, LLC was right on the customers estimated time for the move, we have attached a copy of the estimate that was provided to the customer. [redacted] spoke with the husband as well whom stated everything was ok. There is nothing more that Brothers Relocation Services can do for the customer, as all of the stuff was moved safely and in a timely matter. There was no claim of any damage to any items and nothing was stated during the moving process. If there is any other communication, please call us at ###-###-####, as we have never talked to this customer after the move. If you have any questions please contact us.

I would highly recommend this company! My experience was perfect from beginning to end. Everyone was very professional, accommodating, careful and genuinely nice.

Review: On May 29th I contacted Brothers Relocation Services to give me an estimate for moving on June 23rd. When contacting them I informed them that I had a 2 bedroom home with a 1/2 finished basement, a lot of workout equipment (including an elliptical machine and a full weightlifting system), and a garage. I also informed them that the home was actually more like 2 homes because when my wife (girlfriend at the time) moved in we moved all of her stuff into the house and the house and garage were jam packed. The quote that I received over the phone was for 2 movers and 6 hours of work for a price of $706.20. I thought that it would take them longer than that and it might be helpful to have an additional mover. I contacted them again on June 5th to discuss this further. I again informed them that the house was very full and I was concerned about the truck size that they would be sending. They told me not to worry that they were sending a 26 foot truck and they would send 3 movers and it would take them about 4 1/2 hours and the total estimate was then $727.65. I still thought that was a bit low, but they didn't want to send someone out to look at the home. June 23rd came and the movers arrived. I received a revised estimate that it would now take the 3 movers approximately 6 to 7 hours to move everything. I was okay with that as I thought it would take longer than the 4 1/2 hours from the most recent estimate. This now brought the newest estimate up to just under $1200 (including fuel surcharge and movers). The movers started working and things were progressing. The moving lead eventually called me out to the truck to let me know that everything wasn't going to fit on the truck. I told them to fit what they could and that we still had to get the rest of the items from the house. A second trip was required. In the midst of all of this I even threw in a helping hand and took the weight system apart and carried a portion of it outside for the movers. They eventually got everything loaded into the truck and made it to the new property with the final load. At that time the lead mover asked if I spoke with [redacted]. I had no idea what the lead mover was talking about. He told me that they couldn't unload the truck until I talked to [redacted] and paid my bill in full. I was now told that the move was going to cost $2258! This was more than 3 times the initial estimate, more than 3 times the second estimate, and more than 2 times the amount of the visual estimate when the movers arrived. This is not acceptable. I told [redacted] that this is ridiculous and not acceptable. He told me that the amounts were just estimates. How can someone plan to pay a $700 to $1200 bill and then get stuck with a bill that is over $2200? He said it was not there practice to send someone out to visually look at all of the jobs they do. He said if they actually quoted me that high I would have went with a different mover. I said, maybe, but I definitely would have got another estimate from a competitor. He then said I went with them because they were the lowest price. I said - Nope, not true - I went with you because of the Revdex.com rating and that there were no complaints against the business. I also informed him that they were not the cheapest. Another competitor that I contacted was over $20 an hour cheaper. He was unwillingly to modify the amount charged. We went back and forth for a while and I asked him about the business practice that they use - it seems like they try to bait you into using there business by offering a cheap estimate and then change that amount when it comes time to bill and won't finish unloading possessions until the bill is paid. We came to a stalemate and I really wanted my belongings. I told him that I was going to file a complaint/write a review about what happened. When I paid the final bill, the bill was reduced by $100 so the total was $2158. They reduced $100 from the fuel surcharge portion of the bill. This amount was still ridiculously high and 3 times the original estimate and almost 2 times the visual estimate.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive $1000 credited back to my checking account. I would also like to let other consumers know that this is the way the business operates. I don't want them to get put into the same situation when it comes time to move. Everyone doesn't have an extra $1000 laying around to pay to get their belongings from the movers.

Response:

In response to customer complaint, the

customer was given a quote of approximately 6 hours of work for 2 men.

This estimate was given based on items that were told to the estimator

over the phone. We do try and give the best estimates that we can and based

off what the customer states they have. We have uploaded a list, on this

list are the items that the customer stated he had according to the call for

estimate. We do also have the call recorded and at no time did the

customer state that there was a lot of workout equipment, he did however state

he had a free weight set, customer also never stated in the recorded

conversation that it was like 2 homes into one and jam packed home and garage.

He did give a list of items over the phone to the estimator and the list

that is provided, as well as the recorded phone call which shows what was said

over the phone. The items mentioned should have fit with room in the 26ft

truck that was sent out on moving day. Also during the communication

between the crew and our office the crew did state that this customer had a lot

of stuff in his house, it was almost 2 full trucks when being moved, which is

more than was told to us on the phone.

The second truck load which was just garage items filled up ¾ of our

truck, but according to the list he only had a few garage items.

We as a small family owned moving company

and as a practice in the moving and storage business visuals for all local

moves are not possible, so we depend on what the customer tells us they have in

order to give as best an estimate as possible.

This is just an estimate as well, customers are told they pay for the

time that is used. Customer never said

the crew was moving slowly, nor during the move did customer call to state he

was concerned over the time the move was taking, he was just upset over the

amount of time the job took at the end of the move, once again just an estimate

based off list of items customer told us over the phone.

We did give the customer a credit on their

bill in good faith to make up for some of the loss, but we charge by the hour

and customer was charged properly for how long it took to do the job.
