April 28, 2017Dear [redacted]:I received your correspondence regarding case # [redacted]The customer in question has stated that he has received a credit and he did prior to him notifying you. I've attached a copy of the detailed information regarding charges and credits to his card.We've even tried to comply with his demands to satisfy the work order requested, however we've been unsuccessful. We've done the repairs to the best of our ability with knowledgeable crew and have been unable to satisfy the client.I've included pictures and work orders for our records. I left the clients name visible but realize you are required to black out anything identifying but I left it for you to see we did attempt to do what he requested other than credit his card the $243.80 as he requested.Please let me know if you need anything further.
