information. The website does have a minimum payment amount that is acceptable based on the total amount owed. [redacted] telephoned our office on March 15, 2018 and spoke to one of our agents where she was informed that we can accept payments over the phone or she could mail her payment into our office. [redacted] terminated the call and subsequently filed this complaint. [redacted] needs to explain the reason why the payment website was unable to assist her instead of claiming we are making a false statement, which we are not.

The website I fact does not work I have a picture showing server error. I left the pic out of the complaint knowing that the lady would lie.

The website is up and running with no error, I have verified this information with our service provider who handles the payment website. As I stated before [redacted] could have easily made a payment with the agent she was on the telephone with or mailed her payment into our office. If [redacted] would like to forward the picture of this error she speaks about, I will be more than willing to investigate further. The issue still could be that she is attempting to pay an amount that does fit within payment guidelines for her balance due. This would not be considered a system error

These 34 accounts in total were assigned from [redacted] and [redacted]. Our clients prior to assignment sent several notices and attempted to contact [redacted] who failed to respond. In addition to billing notice, our clients attempted to verify eligibility with Nevada Medicaid to no avail. [redacted] also failed to respond to our attempts as well. These debts are his responsibility. If [redacted] would like to discuss this matter, he may do so by calling our Collection Manager Kay Green at 775-267-6000.

There are several accounts against my credit that either do not belong to me or should have been paid by my insurance and there are several different accounts an they are all from one medical facility and this one credit collection agency and some are different accounts but same date or billing amount

telephoned the consumer and left a message. We received no call from the consumer at that time. The consumer on 01-09-2017 called our office requesting a statement. We mailed the consumer an itemized statement on 01-10-2017.
The consumer owes the principal amount plus interest a total amount of $84.68 as of the date of this response.

I did not receive any communication and the phone number you have on file was not correct, so I was never contacted by phone. This was verified by the rep that I contacted. I should not have to pay extra due to an error made by the reporting agency. If I knew this went to collections I would have paid at the time I was contacted.

As stated before I was never successfully contacted as you did not have my correct phone number, this is not my fault nor my problem. I will pay the original debt of $75 and it will then come off my credit. This debt will not make money for your office so you should be able to approve this offer. Thanks!

We are working with the [redacted]'s to get this issue resolved.  On 2/10/17 [redacted] (Bath Fitter) and [redacted] ([redacted]) went to the property and removed/replaced some of the plumbing leading from the tub line.  The ceiling will have to be repaired after remaining open...

for a short period of time.  Bath Fitter and the [redacted]'s are aware of this.Thank you, [redacted]2/15/17

Our office has taken the action to clear her account fron the credit bureaus. Our expectation is the consumer will continue to make payments until paid off. If the consumer does not make payments we will re-report this account as delinquent to the credit bureaus.
