I am rejecting this response because: Brothers towing is located in an entirely different city and as they responded the apartment gives the car authority to park thereIt was in visitor parking for only 12hrs Being parked at 1230am towed at 2:00pmIt was on the perimeters of legal domicileThe car is in two namesBrothers towing prayed on usThere are more then residents that feel victimized and Unsafe as the company comes and illegally looks for victimsI thank the Revdex.com of central California for looking into the tyrannical company called brothers towingI can gather signatures on a partition if it is necessaryI thank you very much

This is a complaint over a towed vehicleThis vehicle was given tags, to remove or register, the vehicleThe person (***) choose not to do anything and the property ordered his vehicle towedWe towed itThe office gave him permission to have the vehicle there, after it had been towed, Complainant was told if he paid the tow bill and REGISTER THE VEHICLE TO HIS NAME, Yes, it is not registered to him, then he could pick it upHe feels it was illegally towed and it was notCurrently the charges are $500, including days of storage, the tow and a lien chargeHe will not get notified, since it is NOT REGISTERED to himAnything else feel free to contact me

our little guy is a little offHe wrote the city police chief, you guys, IRS saying we were cheating on our taxes, The State of CA and said the same thing, and the equal rights people for discriminationPlease note, we do not know who owns a vehicle until they come for it ***

I am not sure what this is about. What car are we talking
aboutAny vehicle parked in a disabled space with out a placard or matching
license plates are towed immediatelyDid this person have his name and phone
number showing in the window of his vehicle? If not, how are we to contact
him?
Those without handicap placards/license plates are not
allowed to park in handicap spaces, the blue striped crosshatch area of the
handicap spaces, or block access to these spaces
Hopefully, this has clarified the proper and improper use of
handicap spaces, and the rights and restrictions afforded to those who possess
handicap placards or license plates

There are more then residents that feel victimized and Unsafe as the company comes and illegally looks for victims. I can never find how to reply.   I cannot answer or process this without vehicle information. I went thru all the vehicles towed for this date, and days before and after, and cannot find one with this persons name.   Feel free to let me know if you find any more info.   [redacted]...
