Hello my name is [redacted] We have been working on this vehicle for a couple of weeks nowThe vehicle came in with the Transmission burned up and we needed to take the transmission out to rebuild againAfter rebuilding the transmission, which was not really drivable when it came in, we discovered that the vehicle had an electrical issue which was not allowing the transmission computer to communicate with the transmission properlyElectrical shops charge quite a bit for the labor to find electrical shorts, so we made the dicision to help the customer and find the short ourselves in order to save the customer from spending money that she did not haveWe tried our best to explain the issue with the vehicle to the customer and worked as fast as we possibly could to get her back to normalWe have found the issue and have the vehicle working properlyWe are renewing the customers warranty and hope that the customer is happy with we have tried to do for herIt is our goal to only provide the best service that this industry has to offer and leave the consumer with reliable transpertation.Thank you ,***
I am responding to complaint I.D# ***I have attached the final repair order for Mr***The Transmission was rebuilt by Brothers Transmission and the customer brought in the vehicle with an issueAfter diagnosing the vehicle we found that the rear end bracket was bent and needed to be
repairedThis had nothing to do with the TransmissionAfter repair of the vehicle, we gave the customer his final invoice, which is attached and started the warranty under *** *** ***The customers vehicle is working good and he left satisfiedMr*** was the one that we dealt with and his wife *** was the one who filed the complaintWe have contacted her and she has tried to contact the Revdex.com to inform them that the issue had been resolvedThank you in advanceScott
