I've talked to them and we resolved the problem. I refunded them 550 dollars.

Cleaned up the wood and reseeded the grass.

I am rejecting this response because: the "wood truck" referred to in the written note on the contract is their wood truck that goes around and cleans up after them. Also, we asked them to hold the truck for a couple of days because our neighbor wanted to cherry-pick some pieces, rather than take it all. Ian (their foreman) clearly understood that Brother's was responsible for picking up the rest, which he confirmed over the phone call we made after the wood had been sitting for a couple of weeks.
