Had to have a branch removed from my chimney adter May 15th tornado in *** and this company charged me $for 30-mins of workThe company took a $deposit to put me on a "three on hoise list" sent man in a bucket truck to spend mins to cut the branch offThen dropped it on my yard at base of houseI was told they would take it feet from houseThey didntMy daughter and I spend hrs cutting branches up and stacking debrisCompany showed up days later chopped out stacked pile and took 2-logs off neighbors property to "clean it up" spending maybe 25-minsThen leftWhen I spoke to them was told "State charges so much in fees and Insurance we dont feel guilty charging your insurance that much" my insurance is paying out only half their billI explained my husband is deployed with the *** ** and living on budget
