Customer:- [redacted] * [redacted] Customer [redacted] .called us on [redacted] Jul, she was having problem in her computer and our technician spent more than hour in her computer to remove the virus from her computer and after that customer asked fro security we installed paid security on her computer and told her we will provide technical support as well, as per company policies we can't call the customer and asked for any kind of money or renewal of tools, and we are 100% sure that customer received calls from some other third party we have provide our technical hr to customer for future support that is [redacted] and it is 24*our technician are available always, customer is having some miss confusionyou can check the attachment as well
