I expect more from a Cadillac dealer. Normally I would bring my Cadillac to a local shop, but I wanted to make sure it got done right. First off, none of the employees I encountered were overly friendly or helpful at the service desk; they did the job but nothing more. Additionally, I had to deal with multiple people because the Cadillac representative was not present; this seemed to irritate Paul who reluctantly helped me. The real reason for the one star is that they said they fixed this loud noise that was coming from the front end, but on my way home I rolled down my window and it is still there. It is one thing to have not so great customer service, but to not even fix the thing I came in for (that is obvious to hear if they would have taken it for a test drive when they were done) is unacceptable. I am going to try Larson Cadillac next time and I would recommend others do the same.
UPDATE: It has been a month and there is still no resolution to my issue. No one has gotten back to me in over a week. I guess Brotherton does not care about Individual customers like me. Once again I recommend trying Larson Cadillac or anywhere else but here!

Very Good experience here! I was worried about the financing department, but the gals they have there, Brandee and Kelly were very honest! They went through each thing and made sure we knew what our options were, and they were respectful when we declined the added options. These gals know their job and they do it well. They are amazing with customer service because they even answered my questions and seriously cared about my issues (and resolved them) a couple months after we bought the car.
We recently bought another car in *** and it was absolutely CROOKED there, they lied and cheated at that *** Dealership. They added bogus things to the price of the car (that we never agreed to) and all the while telling us that it was the best payment and rate they could get for us. It made me realize how much better our used car experience was at Brotherton!
