the woods ,while passable in dry weather, would not be suitable for heavy gas trucks in bad weather and could pose a danger to trucks and driver. I regret that Ms. [redacted] felt that I was rude to her because I tried hard not to be. It was simply a case that I could not set her a tank.
During the normal course of business, partial year tank leases are not refundable, but I will refund Ms. [redacted] for the 5 months in question.
