over 35 years, with over 42 thousand clients, is much to be proud of! The grandchildren that accompanied their grandparents into our business are bringing their own pets in now. We have found that after all these years in business ... That some dogs are more active in getting dirty (messy) then others. I was told by the professional handler's that one of my champion Goldens could walk between the raindrops. That's clean!! Not all pets have this trait and especially if boarded together. The [redacted] pets, at their request, were always boarded together, so they could play together and for the extra discount. During this time their pets were bathed several times plus their departure bath because of their messy play. Our business is cleaned and disinfected inside and out everyday, holidays or not! The Bergmens have been into our business nine times since 2012. They were offered free baths and free board. How else do we compensate for something we did not cause!!! Sincerely Broughton's Kenne

Review: We have always used this company for kenneling our two dogs .... we always call first before we come although we don't have too. So we go to pick up our two dogs without calling ..... it was so awful to see my dog who is a westie and white full of urine ... he smelled so bad his undercoat , tail and paws were so yellow and stained he had to been just laying in urine the whole time of 8 days there... I took us 7 baths and some of products to remove the yellow stains and smell..... along with my [redacted] who was brown and smelled just as bad.... we had already paid and I was so furious we just left because the owner wasn't there..... I called the owner the next day and told him how unhappy I was and he said sorry to hear that Next time is free.... I was like it will never be a next time and I want a refund for my dogs which was not being taken care of ... He started screaming and saying im offering you free stay next time .... Who wants to take your dog there again I want my money back periodDesired Settlement: I want a full refund of what we paid and reimbursed for the the extra products we had to paid to get our dogs back to normal and how they must have felt in that place makes me sick

Our two dogs are terriers very clean. We r talking laying in pee all day. We surprised them without calling we had always called. Our two dogs especially [redacted] is 14 yrs old cannot play very much. [redacted] is 10 years old. I don't want to go back to that place ever...nor did they ever wash our dogs.....they are caretakers of our dogs regards of our discount for being military and boarding them together. Hn u se your white dog stained so badly ith urine nd stunk so bad and the girl said they stepped in urine. Omg. This company has a responsibility to care for our dogs in there custody.. I'm so disappointed in hre wy of handling this. I have taken photos me I'm so upst. I want a full refund of not taking care of my dogs
