Brous Blades

Review: I purchased an item from Brous Blades on July 6. My payment went through that very day.I was billed and sent a tracking number for my purchased item on July 8. My tracking number has never updated and my phone calls and emails have not been returned or answered from anyone at Brous Blades. The expected delivery time was 3-8 business days after my order was processed and I have not received anything.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund because I have never received my product and was billed for it of course the day I bought it.
