Thank you for responding to my complaint This company should have just taken their food (it never left the premises because my daughter stayed getting in the line to let me talk to the workers to try to resolve my complaint) I was not wanting to argue or debate, I just wanted my money
back because THE BUSINESS ONLINE MENU AND PRICES WERE POSTED FOR CONSUMERS TO ORDER FROM AND THEY SHOULD HAVE HONORED THEIR PRICES! I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS EVER AGAIN!!

I am rejecting this response because: As per phone conversation, Mrs*** said that the business lied because they never contacted her or apologizedShe said all she wants is an apology from the business since the prices online were not what she was chargedShe said that she did not pick the order up, it was her daughter, so she was not apologized to while in the store, nor had they called her
As per phone conversation: When the customer was in the store to pick up her order, they apologized for the confusion with the prices listed on the online menuHe thought the prices were updated on their website and he wasn't sure what menu she was viewing that had incorrect prices
