Bought a hardwood floor and had it installed by this company Within six months the floor began to contract leaving 1/" gaps between the planks They came out to look and indicated that some of the planks weren't nailedApparently the nail gun ran out of nails The floor was fixed Six months later the floor expanded and lifted in the area where the repair was made They asked if my wife cleaned the floor with water? We both were amazed that they had the nerve to blame us for an issue that was clearly there problem
Had floors put in family room and dining room and had an issue with bothWe are very dissatisfied with the final product and would not recommend buying a floor or having it installed by this company
