I am rejecting this response because: Brow Bird claims that this is a case of buyer's remorse, but this is falseAccording to the description of the service, the brow tint is supposed to wash off and leave you with "perfect brows" the next day By their own admission "next day" is the expectation they set on their website and in conversations discussing the service Thus, I was misled about the nature of the risk that the tint could remain and pose a significant inconvenience to me If I had been properly informed of this risk regarding the tint staying so dark for so long, I would've taken appropriate precautions When I attempted to wash the tint off, it simply did not wash offThe tint did not fade off my eyebrows until hours after the service was completedI couldn't conduct business in a professional setting because of thisI had to reschedule important meetings, which ended up costing me money.Furthermore, my complaint is primarily about being ignored and brushed off when I attempted to contact them after I realized the tint was not going to fade as quickly as they said it wouldWhen I reached out to Brow Bird, I was not contacted in a timely mannerWhen I did speak to the Operations Manager (the owner who performed the service on me never contacted me), I was told to drink more waterShe made it pretty clear that Brow Bird was not interested in fixing their mistake nor even admitting that they had communicated poorly about the potential risk that the tint could remain dark for several days A service provider would apologize and probably offer a refund or at least some kind of discount or the like as a gesture of good faith and to acknowledge the mistake They acted like they were completely dismissive of any complaints about their service and any responsibility to address the situation
