Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The rebuttal clearly seems to miss the point of the complaintAs I stated before, I attended the classHowever, the most important part of the training was the hands on part, which was scheduled to be hrsI only received roughly min, then the instructor, Kate, walked away to clean up the classroom because of running late due to her mismanaged timeThat is not what was promisedWhat is the point of paying someone to teach you if they are not going to be with you and guide you? I could have done all of this on my own, at home, for freeAs mentioned before, Julia did offer time but then revoked it and changed what she offered multiple times which turned out to be less than she originally offered (I can submit proof)My complaint is clear, I should not have to pay out of pocket for traveling and lodging for training that I should have already receivedNor, should I have to take additional time off of work or away from my family to receive what I should have already receivedAlso mentioned in her rebuttal was a webinarYes, she offered but then agreed it would be pointless because what I was owed was hands on time, not a review of the slideshows from class (the webinar)In fact, most of what was taught in class I already had learned prior to class on my ownWhich brings me to the part where she says I was disruptiveRaising my hand to communicate with the instructor is not disruptiveQuite the opposite I would also like to mention about the photosPreviously mentioned, the only one taken during class was actually taken by the instructor herself with my phone cameraSo, if it was against the contract, that is on Kate, the instructor, not meThe others were after class of my modelBut, luckily those photos WERE takenThat was the only proof I had against Julia's and Kate's fraudulent claimsKate should have taken photos of my work to show JuliaHowever, because she was rushing my portion of the hands on time (the last student of the night and hours behind) she either forgot or failed to on purposeEither reason, photos that were not of my work were submitted in place of my workWhen I questioned Julia's about my class and work with Kate I was told that the reason I had only minutes is because I was causing so much trauma to the skin that I had to be pulled off from working on my modelBut in actuality, Kate cut my class time and did not have photos of my work to submitAgain, if this were true I would not have finished, yet in the photos they ARE finished with no trauma (I can submit proof)In my opinion, this is her way of covering herselfThis was her first class as an educator with Brow Design and she made a lot of mistakes and continued to make the situation worse by lying, and trying to cover her tracks Julia claims that I have access to the private forumsShe has only not deleted me on the private forum in order to claim now that she has given me what I have paid forWhat my complaint was, is that she has deleted, not explained an answer or simply ignored me on this forumSo to summarize, just because I have access does not mean she is doing her partAccess is not what I paid forHelp and guidance and answers is what I paid forI feel as if I have been targeted since class as disruptive and they are unwilling to work with me and It is impossible to receive my certificate through this company, Brow Design In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

*** Hartman has received and completed the online courseShe has attended the three-day day live instruction with time on a model She has received the Microblading kit valued at $500She has received the pre-course training kit and online materials password and ID valued at $500She has been
personally mentored by Kate S***, the immediate instructor, and Julia M***, Creative Artist and Founder of Brow Design, via private online groups and online class since October She is still enrolled in online course with access for monthsShe has been offered the opportunity to work with Julia one on one in New York City for no chargeShe has been offered to work with Julia one on one in Pittsburgh at no chargeShe has been offered a webinar with Julia at no chargeAll of which she has refused She demanded travel fees, which we do not feel she is entitled to because she got everything she paid forJulia agreed to work with the complainant after she was harassed by her on ***.*** has been abusive to Kate and Julia on several occasionsDuring class she interrupted Kate consistentlyOn the online support group *** has also been disruptiveEven so both Julia and Kate have remained available to *** during her months post-class support, as part of the curriculum*** is now charging market rate of $for her Microblading services in her area of Ohio She has even, in her marketing, mentioned being trained by the foremost Brow Design company and Julia M*** the Artistic Director. Brow Design has done their job in training this student and very proud of that fact she is on her road to becoming an outstanding a competent Microblading Artist We should mention that *** is seems to be in contempt of the non-disclosure agreement signed by her in class, agreeing that she would not take photos on classShe has admitted in her complaint to you to taking photos in class which we believe is in violation of that agreement.In summary, Brow Design has delivered everything as outlined in our curriculum, and we believe we have gone even beyond that agreement with trying to satisfy ***. We are still open to having her come to a session with Julia to do a live model (However, she must bring her own model) on January * in the afternoon (at pm or pm) in Pittsburgh which is about a hour drive for ***We will not; however, pay for her travel expenses

 The rebuttal clearly seems to miss the point of the complaint. As I stated before, I attended the class. However, the most important part of the training was the hands on part, which was scheduled to be 3 hrs.. I only received roughly 10 min, then the instructor, Kate, walked away to clean up the classroom because of running late due to her mismanaged time. That is not what was promised. What is the point of paying someone to teach you if they are not going to be with you and guide you? I could have done all of this on my own, at home, for free. As mentioned before, Julia did offer time but then revoked it and changed what she offered multiple times which turned out to be less than she originally offered (I can submit proof). My complaint is clear, I should not have to pay out of pocket for traveling and lodging for training that I should have already received. Raising my hand to communicate with the instructor is not disruptive. Quite the opposite.  I would also like to mention about the photos. Previously mentioned, the only one taken during class was actually taken by the instructor herself with my phone camera. So to summarize, just because I have access does not mean she is doing her part. Access is not what I paid for. Help and guidance and answers is what I paid for. I feel as if I have been targeted since class as disruptive and they are unwilling to work with me and It is impossible to receive my certificate through this company, Brow Design.

We could (and have) go back and forth discussing irrelevant things Julia wants to bring up. But, Lets keep to the point. JULIA originally OFFERED TO ME the extra class time from KATE.(see attached #1) This clearly contradicts her previous statement to the Revdex.com. Again, I did not demand it as she stated, she offered. Also, I was pleased by this offer as she claimed I never "acknowledged the generous offer". (see attached #2) These two points alone completely discredit all of Brow Designs argument as her first point #1 paragraph.  She is correct in the fact that my compliant has never changed. which is as follows, I did not get what I paid for, 1. my  3 hours of hands on time on a model with my trainer while I CUT/BLADE into someone's face for the first time (which is why she offered me the time in the first place) and 2. the 6 months of continued education after class.( which might I add would not even be over until April [redacted], 2017)  Julia has offered and revoked the offers so many times since that initial offer (see attached  #3-6) I believe even she and her attorney cannot keep up.  I gave her adequate time (4 months) to make things right, and I tried to negotiate by offering to pay for my hotel if she would pay for my travel. SHE chose not to.(see attached #7-10) This clearly contradicts her previous statement to the Revdex.com. She revoked ALL offers and cut off communication and my class. Again, this is contradictory to what Julia states in her previous statement to the Revdex.com, "Brow Design, professionally, in good faith, and following the Revdex.com’s mandate, has offered her not only additional training, but also training from the lead principal artist of Brow Design, Julia M[redacted], and, finally, offered airfare on top of that training." Julia states she does not want one go "tit for tat" or join my "mudslinging". Yet, all I have done is tell the truth (freedom of speech) of my experience with proof  in a professional manner. I have not said one thing about her character or talked bad about her publicly as she has me. She is the one hiring lawyers and calling me names ([redacted] [redacted]),(have proof will submit) and falsely accusing me of "mean-spirited personal attacks" and " grandstand of an ever growing list of groundless and vicious personal and business attacks" as she continues to do even here in this Revdex.com dispute. However, the ONLY evidence she has submitted is proof of positive things I have publicly said about her and her company before my training. Again, this clearly contradicts her previous statement to the Revdex.com. However, Julia is not as innocent as she portrays. She has a history of publicly "mudslinging" reputable educators and members of our microblading community and getting in public "tit for tat" arguments. (have proof will submit)Brow Designs training has been unfinished, unethical, and unresolved. However, at this date, it is no longer needed by me, even if she would follow through with her revoked offers. I have been forced her Julia's actions to seek out other training in order to fulfill the lack of training received by Brow Design . I have had enough time time to start, finish and pass another more reputable training.(have proof will submit) So at this point, I ask simply for my money back. I have had to pay for another class, nearly another $2,000, to replace this class from Brow Design, in order to get what I should have from Brow Design. Also, why would I want to continue business with someone who 1. has claimed she was going to take legal actions, 2, called me a thief,  liar ,and has said I hate life.(have proof will submit) 3. Tells the Revdex.com she has made every effort to make things right yet at the same time removed me from her online forum of which I paid to be apart of, deleted my questions and never gave any helpful feedback advice to process even when I did have access. Frankly, why would she want to do business with someone like me, who she claims is a [redacted] [redacted]? I want to make it clear, is all I am requesting at this point is a full refund and no further action or communication from Julia or any affiliates of Brow Design.
