ADVICE: Look online for any independent contractor and see what their history is like before you try to do any business with anyone. We did not do that and now we regret it.
Terrible customer service.
First, they overcharge everything and bring bad attitude.
We needed our fridge fixed, they charged for "used" parts and we had to have the guy come 3 times.
They tried to overcharge my credit card on the due balance and my bank had to close my account.
Completely unprofessional. The guy pretends to be someone else on the phone and shares stories of how he can place a lean on properties. They operate without license. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. They operate with no license, have no "contract" with GE (I called to find out), have multiple legal claims. This is not the type of business you want to be involved with.
the guy threatened us. Finally we were able to get our stuff repaired after a week of waiting for them to return calls.
Please get someone else, I'm sure there are plenty of options.
