I hired Broward Builder, Lic CBCXXXXXXX to
rebuild a house that was involved in a fire.
Sign a contract on May 10, 2019, to finish
construction on 1/31/2020. At this time the
house is not even half done. The contract is
for $125,000 and I already paid $97.500. The
contractor won't answer my calls or
messages. Now the bank PennyMac who is
holding the insurance money is threatening
to apply the insurance money to the loan
balance. If that happens I will not be able to
rebuild the house then I will lose it due to the
contractor not finishing their job.
No one at Broward Builder is answering my calls or messages.
Finish the job Finish the construction as soon a possible.

When Mr. filed his complaint our office was closed due to the Corona Virus Stay Home Order. The last inspection approved for this project was dated March 20th, 2020. I attached a revised job progress, job schedule calendar for May & June and an explanation note
I included in the attachments the revised work progress sheet, the work itinerary for the month of May and June and a note explaining the reason for not accepting their response. I include some pics of the house as of 6/10/2020
