An unforfunate accident required my car to be repaired and [redacted] was very helpful from getting me a rental to dealing with my insurance company (and my insurance company actually recommended Broward Collision to me). My Honda was repaired in less than a week amd is as good as new now. I cant even see where the accident was.
I have always been the man that works on his own car my entire life. So, you can say I was very nervous and a bit overwhelmed when I had to find a body shop that I could trust and that had great reviews online, especially since I had to pay for this personally and was not going thru insurance. To sort thru all of the shops in South Florida took some time, but there was something about Broward Collision that not only caught my eye, they caught my attention as well. There was a sense of confidence that the Petron family presented when I met with Keith and Randy. They both had knowledge and passion of the industry that other shops I met with seemed to lack. When I dropped my Porsche off to the shop, I instantly had a sense of ease and comfort that there would be no non sense or games played. When the deadline came near I got a call from the shop to tell me that my car was not only fixed and ready to be picked up, but it was 3 days early and that meant the world to me. My car came out perfect with absolutely no imperfections and there was not a single extra dollar asked for when I picked up my car for some "extra service" that other shops have done to me in the past. I thought this would be a difficult thing to deal with but the staff made it so easy and convenient for me to get my car fixed and back to normal. I'll never forget the feeling when my car was smashed in by that truck that ran a stop sign. Luckily no one was hurt, except for my favorite car I have ever owned. I looked at my car and was instantly heart broken. Then came all the calls I had to make to figure out what to do with my mangled car. I had a good feeling about the shop when I researched them, but that feeling was multiplied ten fold the moment I walked thru the door at the body shop. I was greeted by numerous people who all were so polite and compassionate, just as I had read about online. I was given a time frame of when to expect my car to be fixed and back on the road. Then I got a call from Randy telling me my car was going to be ready 2 days earlier then projected. When I picked up my car somehow the magician's had managed to put my car back together and to my surprise my car was completely detailed and washed. Broken was an understatement in regards to my car and my arm. My brand new car seemed like it was never going to be the same. I chose to send my car to Broward Collision based on the reviews that I read. I thought my car was totaled and I did not want that to happen. Then came that dreaded call from the body shop to tell me if my car was totaled... whew Keith and Randy were able to save my car from being totaled. I am so thankful that only my arm was hurt and no one got hurt. I am so thrilled the team at Broward Collision was able to rebuild and recreate my car. I would like to take a moment and thank the team at Broward Collision for the time and professionalism they showed when repairing my Koenigsegg Agera. I cracked the lower spoiler on a speed bump in South Beach, Miami. By far this was not an easy repair due to the Carbon Fibre nature of the car. The repaired area is undetectable from the rest of the car. Outstanding Repair. Thank you. I would recommend you to all my friends anytime.
