Broward Factory Service - Corporate

I have had two occasions to use the BFS home warranty we purchased when we bought our house here in Katy, TxThe service tech was professional, polite and responsive....a credit to his company for sureIn addition, I was treated politely and promptly by the young woman taking my calls...another credit to the companyThis is a well run and professional organization and we will continue to use their services in the years to come

Contacted BFS on June 26, - my AC unit was not coolingReceived a phone call that the service was schedule on June between 1pm and 5pm
I arrived to my house at 1255pm to catch the technician leaving - he was informed by the scheduler that the appointment was between 11am and 3pm
Technician checked the unit, found it frozen, turned it off for defrosting, and left
When I called the office, the receptionist told me the they would come back on July 1, five (5) days after I reported the unit not working (this is the middle of the hot summer in Houston with over outside!!!)
Moreover, she told me that it was my fault that I did not tell them that the unit was frozen
Paying nearly $a year, I don't see why I should try to fix AC before calling the service
Disappointed that the service has seen major quality decline over the last few years
