The company does provide a service which is welcomed by manythe main source of concerns appears to be he lack of urgency and or desire to do the right thingit seems the main thrust of the operation is to see how many items they can sell you l while in your home doing repairsThe refrigeration and dish washer repair persons have been excellent I have been fortunate to have had good service by the qualified staff members The concern is the a/c staffrecently had a service call on a/cthe repair person insinuated I needed maintenance service( I advised it had been done in June and he indicated I could have a two times a year maintenance contract etche left after his allegations of non maintenance by the other a/c company I had to call him again, and he told me he had forgotten to add FREON while he was here, and to call back in Nov or Dec as the a/c unit would have to be shutdown for a few daysnot satisfied with his quasi explanation, I contacted another a/c firm they checked the system and advised FREON is not usually added unless there is LEAKsomewhere in he system, which leads me to ask why he did not tell me originallyI cannot praise the AC section of the local FT Myers officeone has to spend out of pocket money to find out , what every qualified HAVC person should knowI have spoken to the manager and he offered a thorough explanation as to the probable causes of the problem and satisfied my concerns all we need is Concise,cogent and comprehensive explanations to our concerns

Scheduling service runs is not easyYou have to sit home all day waitingThey give a hour windowI think that shows total disregard or value for a customers time And I think with today's technology, they should be able to do a better job scheduling and narrow that window substantially
They are now past their hour window and not even a phone call

I would like to say in this review, Broward services are top qualityClearwater FL is at the very topI would say their employees went way out of their way to do that extra qualityI also would say their supervisors are very knowledgeableRichard, and Steve are of a great quality in customer serviceThis comment comes from Tampa FlMy name is Larry PI do recommend this firm to do all your household needs

Our business hours are M-F 8am to 5pm. this customer only wanted us to come after 4 pm. My technicians work all over Austin and surrounding areas. To schedule something to an exact time is very hard when our business is doing home repairs. Cable companies, always give a time window of at least 4...

hours to be at home, home depot appliance delivery when you purchase a new appliance gives a 12 hour delivery and they won't deliver unless someone is there. [redacted] was able to get ahold of me and I ended up working out something for him that would work with his schedule. The washer after being able to send 2 techs out was stuck to the floor from either being wet at some point or soap sm as you can see in the pictures on the shaft. I told [redacted] that more than likely before we were even able to work on the washer that the shaft was probably bent and this is no easy repair in doing that and that the whole machine would have to be completely disassembled to even get to it not to mention trying to get the shaft off the bearings. The machine is also a foreign machine and parts are not easy to get in from the manufacturer. It took a week alone to get the new shaft in. Yes on disassemble the soap cup cracked and we are now still waiting for that part to come in I can not return the machine until that is fixed do to that if they use the machine water is just going to spray everywhere. If [redacted] wants his money back I can put his old shaft back in and when I get the soap cup I will return there appliance.

I am rejecting this response because:We requested a refund and we did not receive one. But now that they finally delivered the washer, we are even more upset and a refund wouldn't be enough.The washer was delivered on 11/02/15. I don't know what they did, but they scratched the whole machine. There are scratches on the door, on the right side, the bottom and the top. Also, there are two dents on the top. The spinning button is broken and we are extremely frustrated.They took the machine away to fix the noise and it is not fixed! It is still making noises when it is spinning and now it is rattling, which wasn't before they took it away to fix it.There is no way they can fix all the damages they caused and make our machine looks like it was before. They have done a lot of damage to it and we want a brand new washer. It is unacceptable what they did to the machine. This is no way to conduct a business, specially to customers who have been loyal for over three years and never filed a claim!I attached four videos to this response and have additional videos. I will see if I can forward them through another message since I am not able to attach all of them to this message.P.S.
