Broward Factory Services (B.F.S.)

I have had a service agreement in place for over [redacted] years. My A/C went out on [redacted] and I tried to call for service. There office is only open [redacted] through [redacted]. There is no working number to call for service after hours. Even though I paid for [redacted] days a year service on my home systems. The phone message says for emergency dial * plus the service number. Yet there is no service number either on the contract or anywhere on there web site. My home is over ** degrees inside and I cannot get anyone at BFS to respond. I have repeately filled out there on line form and nothing.
