I submitted a cancellation request since February 28, for my homeowner's insurance and the never submit it so they can keep the commission

This company likes to cancel policies for for bogus reasons then they try to get you in new policy that requires new or increase amout of down payment.I have two examples of this that happened to my account.example 1, cancellled my policy because they said I didnt send them pics of autohowever I did send picswhen I first baught policyI recieved no notice that they were having this issueI have called thier office and left messages and emails with no replythis negligence has cost me a lot of hassels with dmv .Example two, Cancel of policy for non paymentNow I sign up for eftsign all forms and eft form with payment infothey even emailed me a receiptfor paymentSome how the following month they didnt deduct premiumso once again cancelled policyI show them the sign documents and the signed EFT docthey reconized they made a mistake instead of reinstating my ploicy to right matter they offered me to get new ploicy with higher downpayment and higer premiumsor re
