I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this response/resolution is satisfactory to me.  Yes, based on the fact that they are now accepting the online appointments and the fact that they were not going to charge me for the month of February since I was not able to use the service during my only time off. Assuming there are no further issues, I am satisfied.

Good afternoon. I am a co-owner of the Massage Envy at Noblesville.  I am aware that you had a frustrating experience on Sunday Jan. 28, 2018 at our clinic.  I was informed that you arrived before 10 am that morning expecting an appointment.  My manager Season explained that...

you had made an on line request from our microsite on Jan. 23rd, 2018.  Our clinic then called you back that day and left a voice mail stating that the requested appointment time was not available but offered you a few other times.  We never received a call back from you.  Further, my manager explained that when she talked to you on Monday, Jan. 29th,  you informed her that you received the message but were too busy to call back.     I know our entire staff was disappointed that we were not able to accommodate you on Sunday when you arrived.  It is unfortunate that you were under the impression that you were actually making an appointment, instead of "requesting an appointment."  I have reviewed the audio-visual cameras from Sunday Jan. 28, 2018 while you were at the front desk.  Our staff clearly stated to you that the on-line site only offered the ability to request an appointment. Our new Customer Self Scheduling App didn't go "Live" until Feb. 6, 2018.    After receiving that information, it appears that you knowingly gave false statements to the Indiana Attorney General's office (under penalties for perjury) and the Revdex.com that our company had the option to set up an appointment online.  Your documents were signed on January 28, 2018.    I am aware that you contacted the Hamilton Town Center location and had requested a transfer of your membership.  My partners and I own both of those locations, so a transfer is not necessary as you can use your sessions at any Massage Envy location nationwide.  However, we are more than happy to assist you in transferring your membership to any other location of your choice.  Membership transfers to locations within a certain mile radius of your home clinic must be approved by the franchisee and Corporate.   Therefore, if you email me your preference, we can take care of it for you.    I have cc'd [redacted] from the Revdex.com and [redacted] from the Indiana Attorney General's office on this correspondence.     Revdex.com Complaint ID: [redacted]) AG File No. [redacted]   I look forward to hearing from you so that we can resolve this to your satisfaction.          Melissa H[redacted] Franchisee Massage Envy Spa |  Hamilton Town Center 14139 Town Center Blvd. Noblesville, IN  46060 317-776-2550
