Fixed things from bullet holes in his roof to installing new solid doors through out. Never charging them a thing. [redacted] stated that he would pay for the paint to paint the metal where it was cut in the valleys if I sent a guy out to paint it. I will do that but I would like for [redacted]e to be present. I want him to witness the paint being put on and stable the latter for the guy on the roof. After this is done I will not return to [redacted] home to do any further work. After 11 years the home being built I feel this is the last issue I will be addressing.
