I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]
Regards,

 Complaint ID[redacted] Mr. Brown's
comments made reference to a previous complaint I had about a leak in my roof.
That complaint was resolved. He finally came back and fixed it. It took him
seven years. My complaint is about the metal roof that was cut in such a way
that it left exposed metal that is now rusting. The exposed metal was never
primed or painted. There is a tool that is supposed to be used to cut metal
roofing. I have had two two contractors look at how the metal was cut and they
say it was done in I sub standard way. They say that who ever cut the metal took
a saw blade and reversed the teeth to cut the metal. This is a common short cut
used by building contractors. Another complaint I have is with my shower floor.
Mr. Brown sent his son to do a job and it was his first tile job. The tile had
to be replaced in the floor because the person that did the plumbing for Mr.
Brown put the sub floor between a flange in the drain thus allowing water to
seep out under the tile and onto the sub floor. We noticed a rotting smell and
it was the wood under our shower. Mr. Brown sent another plumber out and he
showed us that the problem was with the way the original plumber did the job.
Mr. Brown wants to claim that that I want him to do maintenance on my house but
these are problems he created do because of incompetence and indifference. There
is a pan under my hot water heater that is supposed to catch water if there is a
leak. I noticed it had holes in it. I inspected it further and noticed it had
been placed down on top of nails and screws. When the weight of the water from
the water heater pressed down on these screw and nail heads it created holes. I
can take pictures of all these things and post them on you tube and face book
and complain on websites [redacted] list. I would rather Mr. Brown  act like a
man, take some responsibility and resolve these issues.

Complaint
ID# [redacted] In Mr. Brown's letter responding to my complaint he stated that I
had someone here grinding and sanding the rust off the roof. I don't know where
he got this information. I have not had anyone up on my roof trying to mitigate
the rust. There is a product at a local contractor supply store that can stop
rust. It's painted on and then you paint over it. The contractor supply store is
called [redacted] Lumber. they told me about it in their paint section. I would
pay for the product and the paint if he would get up there and put it
on.

The problem I'm having with my shower is there is
standing water in the floor of the shower after you take a shower. It doesn't
drain properly. I may not have mad this clear in my last
letter.

Thank you for your attention in this
matter

I have responded to [redacted] issues every time he has called. I built the home nearly 10 years ago. [redacted] needs
To realize that there is some maintance involved with being a home owner. Three years ago he had a leak in his roof after
Seven years that the house was...

constructed. After a couple of attempts due to not seeing anything wrong with the roof I
Found the leak. It was coming in from a piece of metal fascia that had been tore aloose from atop the chimmely. Clearly a
Maintance issue, but I fixed it and replaced the rotten wood underneath and replaced the fascia. No charge to [redacted]
Last year he called and said his shower was leaking. I tore the floor out poured a new pan and placed new tile on the shower
Floor. No charge to [redacted] He has asked me about his metal roof on several occasions and I explained to him every time.
The metal was cut with sheers and painted with rust oleum. Sanding or grinding the metal would make his situation worse.
He has also informed me when I came back to repour his shower pan that he had a guy a non licensed guy to grind off the
edges and repaint the edges. This may be some of [redacted] troubles! I have bent over backwards to make the [redacted]appy,
but grinding the edges of his metal after ten years and after he has told me he had a guy there Doing it last year, I don't think
It's my responsibility. The metal was cut with a approved cutter and painted with some of the best paint. Please feel free to contact me.

                                                                                                                 Thank you,

This is in response to [redacted] latest letter. The cuts on his metal was made with approved low speed tin nibblers. I have came to [redacted] home every time he has called over the last 11 years. Fixed things from bullet holes in his roof to installing new solid doors through out. Never charging them a thing. [redacted] stated that he would pay for the paint to paint the metal where it was cut in the valleys if I sent a guy out to paint it. I will do that but I would like for [redacted]e to be present. I want him to witness the paint being put on and stable the latter for the guy on the roof. After this is done I will not return to [redacted] home to do any further work. After 11 years the home being built I feel this is the last issue I will be addressing. After M[redacted] writes you accepting this offer ( if he chooses too do so ) he can feel free to call me to Set a date and time to paint his roof.  [redacted]
