My name is Kayde. I am the Assistant manager for Wrens Collision and taking care of all past due inquiries. I will be handling this matter from here on out. I would like to take the time and apologize for any misunderstanding, confusion, or mis-leading information you have received. I would like to personally take care of this matter and pay for the item that was purchased. If you could tell me where a payment can be sent to, in any form the company would like to receive payment, I will make sure this matter is resolved. I'm not quite sure how this matter came about and all the details that was told to the company, but I am definitely gonna fix everything. Now the credit card numbers that were given to try to make the payment was the companies old accounts due to switching banks that may have been closed in the time the card number was given and the lack of relaying the message to the other authorized card holders. Again I do apologize. The sooner I get the information on the companies address and what form of payment they would like to receive for the past due amount, the sooner the company gets their money and this matter is resolved.
