June 17, I agree with other customers I ordered a remote, for my DVD recorder, and what I saw on their web site was the one I needed So, I ordered it Instead of the original, they sent me a replacement and a letter informing me the original was discontinued That being the case, instead of the original, they should have displayed the replacement with a note why the replacement is being displayed
Will be returning the replacement
I ordered a emplacement remote for my model Sanyo No, they did not have the original remote that came with the set They had a BETTER Sanyo remote with all of the features; a better button lay out on the remote and larger numbers to read No programming necessary since this was, in essence, their new exact replacement Sanyo want almost $for their replacement for my remote I got it from New Remotes for almost half the price I couldn't be more pleased
