Review: June 1st,2013 Class reunion event; company bus had interior smoke, delay 3 hrs before another bus arrived, Seniors passengers had trouble breathing.

06/01/2013 MB TOURS LLC has been selected for a Class reunion bus trip from Oakland to Black Oak Casino, with two stops, San Leandro and Tracy. Upon entering the bus, smoke filled the cabin causing disruption in the passengers, air conditioner did not work on the bus, in the heat of 90 degrees weather, driver was notified and did not call ahead for a replacement; passengers waited in a parking lot in Tracy in the heat for over 3 hours, needless to say, the Casino trip was delayed, and we lost traveling passengers in the process, causing the Class reunion hardship, refunds was not given by the company and the inconvenience to the Class Reunion was not addressed. Several passengers made arrangements to have others pick them up because of health reasons, from the smoke inhalation and heat. The bus company should have maintenanced the buses prior to the scheduled event making sure that the maintenance was up to par and functional in operation.

The Brown Charter Company, DBA MB TOURS LLC driver did not compensate or offer the Classroom leadership compensation towards the passengers, we missed out on the scheduled events that was costly for two sold out buses (passengers); bowling, buffet dinner, and dancing inside the casino that was scheduled to announce our Reunion and Class of 83.Desired Settlement: Refund of the secured deposit and compensation for another trip with another Bus Tour, not Brown Charter Company, to another Casino for 25 passengers.
