The customer did indeed bring in the title in exchange for the towing service and storage fees as stated on the invoice.
After, speaking with a representative for [redacted] (Insurance company), she suggested that the customer can submit the invoice given to them on 10/23/14 and recoup part of the amount that is covered for her tow. However, the amount will not be equal to that of the full amount.
