[redacted] I'm not sure what your job of the Revdex.com is, but if you investigated this company Brown Co Water you would know what a corrupt business they are. To downwrite lie and say we had a hoseout by the meter running is a bunch of crap. There never was a hose out by the water meter, let alone running. We are not stupid people that leave the water running for days! I have already paid this business their lastpayment. It's the company I'm complaining about, they are ripping people off and no one does anything about it. Thank God we're done with them!!

After review of the files, please be advised of the following.Mr. [redacted] was provided an internal credit of Iwo thousand (2,000.00) gallons of water which reduced the billed amount from six...
thousand eight hundred (6,800.00) gallons ($95.04) to four thousand eight hundred (4.800.00) gallons ($67.81). The additional cost was related to a Late Fee ($2.26) accrued in May 2017 and General Service Cal! charge ($49.00) to obtain the final meter reading, because Mr. [redacted] sold his home.After an extensive review of the meter. the personnel from Brown County Water determined there was not any leakage on the customer side of the meter and, therefore, the responsibility of the customer. In fact, during an inspection, personnel of Brown County Water found a garden hose in the area of a wet. spot, and it is the position of Brown County Water, that a person had left a garden hose on for an extended period which would provide for the level of water volume usage recorded.Hopefully, this letter provides the information you need to resolve this matter. In short, Brown County Water believes the disputed amount of One Hundred Nineteen Dollars and Seven Cents ($119.07) is due and owing from the customer.
