First off I would like to apologize for this inconvenience that has happenedThe day I talked to Mr [redacted] our stump grind machine was brokenSo I had told him I would have to reschedule for another dayWe then scheduled and [redacted] got the job done, but after Mr [redacted] removed the chips he noticed that some roots had stayed so he called and wanted us to go back to fix the stumpI specifically told him I would go back to fix the stump whenever we were in the areaIf he left any other messages I never received them because we did hire a new secretary and there must of been a confusionAnyways I am very sorry

We would like to reopen complaint # [redacted] (New England Tree Masters) and add these comments to ensure this issue is accurately documented.Per the vendors last response and our initial complaint, before our Revdex.com complaint was filed we tried to have the vendor come back and remedy the situation They always promised to send someone to house, said we were on the schedule for a specific time We made ourselves available when they said they would come They never called explaining why they did not show They made a business decision to be non-responsiveAfter we cancelled the credit card payment, filed a case with Revdex.com and cross posted to other social media sites, they finally responded. However, they did not do as we requested in the Revdex.com complaint They left a message on my cell, showed up later the same day and ground one of the stumps and it's roots."Come to home to finish job as promised, bring tape measure to show that stump and roots are ground to depth promised."They did a great job on the stump with the roots issue on the second attempt Only problem is there is another stump right next to it that if they had measured would have seen that it was also not ground down inches as promised. When I last spoke to the vendor they were told we weren't going to pay the full bill I picked a number, they picked a number, I split the difference They sent a bill which we paid by personal check less $They recently sent me another bill requesting I pay the balance due They did not do a quality job when they said they would, scheduled to remedy issue but never showed up or called to explain why, repeatedly Until we withheld paymentThey still couldn't manage to do what was asked of them in Revdex.com complaintWe had to clear site twice, couldn't seed lawn as plannedAwful customer service. No matter what actions this vendor takes, we are not going to pay any more bills we receive regarding this matter We cannot control what they do but not sure how they could see this as being in the best interest of their reputation to pursue it further To close this issue, the vendor should communicate with Revdex.com and/or mail paperwork indicating the account is paid in full We will post to social media in the future to ensure other consumers are aware of how the vendor handles closure of this complaint. Thanks in advance, ***

The reason why we sent him a Bill for balance due was because the job was completed in full, on his last conversation with *** he told her that he was going to keep $for his time dealing with this matter , his time to write down reviews on social media ,and to the Revdex.com etc ,and he told *** that he gets $per hour because he is an engineer, I didn't think that was fair, about the stump depth , he needs to take a look on his estimate that was given to him on 07-15-No one ever promised or even put in writing that stump was going to be 12" inches deep, because the depth can change depends on ground condition such as large boulders or big rocks or even underground Utilities, I don't understand why he wants to give my company a bad reputationI have over years in business thousands of satisfied customer, over a stump that he said I promised was going to be over 12" inches deep? I don't think so ! He needs to stop making Excuse for not paying the bill in full, and stop wasting everybody's time, once again if he has anymore questions and concerns about this matter he's more than welcome to call my cell phone and talk directly to me about this, thanks *** *** ,***

noticed that some roots had stayed so he called and wanted us to go back to fix the stump. I specifically told him I would go back to fix the stump whenever we were in the area. We would like to reopen complaint #[redacted] (New England Tree Masters) and add these comments to ensure this issue is accurately documented.Per the vendors last response and our initial complaint, before our Revdex.com complaint was filed we tried to have the vendor come back and remedy the situation.  They always promised to send someone to house,  said we were on the schedule for a specific time.  We made ourselves available when they said they would come.   They never called explaining why they did not show.  They made a business decision to be non-responsive. After we cancelled the credit card payment, filed a case with Revdex.com and cross posted to other social media sites, they finally responded. However, they did not do as we requested in the Revdex.com complaint.  They left a message on my cell, showed up later the same day and ground one of the stumps and it's roots."Come to home to finish job as promised, bring tape measure to show that stump and roots are ground to depth promised."They did a great job on the stump with the roots issue on the second attempt.  Only problem is there is another stump right next to it that if they had measured would have seen that it was also not ground down 12 inches as promised. When I last spoke to the vendor they were told we weren't going to pay the full bill.  I picked a number, they picked a number, I split the difference.  They sent a bill which we paid by personal check less $350. They recently sent me another bill requesting I pay the balance due.  They did not do a quality job when they said they would, scheduled to remedy issue but never showed up or called to explain why, repeatedly.  Until we withheld payment. They still couldn't manage to do what was asked of them in Revdex.com complaint. We had to clear site twice, couldn't seed lawn as planned. Awful customer service. No matter what actions this vendor takes, we are not going to pay any more bills we receive regarding this matter.  We cannot control what they do but not sure how they could see this as being in the best interest of their reputation to pursue it further.  To close this issue, the vendor should communicate with Revdex.com and/or mail paperwork indicating the account is paid in full.  We will post to social media in the future to ensure other consumers are aware of how the vendor handles closure of this complaint. Thanks in advance,  [redacted]
