Brown Dog Lodge

We have two dogs and they love going to Brown Dog Lodge. We have received the most professional and compassionate care we could imagine. The owner/s of Brown Dog Lodge is serious about providing good service, safety and fun for our canine family. We recently had to board our dogs for several days and it was such a positive experience, even though our dogs had never been boarded before. They do not use wire cages that make the dogs nervous and anxious but instead have little rooms (suites) with beds where dogs from the same family can stay in the same room.
Not only are the facilities amazing, the staff is also friendly, helpful and there groomer is wonderful. I really can't say enough nice things about them. In an age of high tech and poor customer service, I would say, Brown Dog Lodge is "old school" about customer service but cutting edge with services and facilities. Perfect business model!","pos-1
