First the [redacted] s came in and told me the bought this car less than two years ago, when I pulled up the deal it was from 11/almost years agoI understand her problem if in fact that happened but when we pulled all the paper work from 11/First when I told her it would have to have been traded in because it would of been titledShe the said it was less than a few daysLooking at the paper work it was just short of three weeks later so it was titledMsLinger paid right at out the door for the car including a service contractWe did have to use the car as a trade being it was titledwe gave her trade in back plus we used the survive contract cancellation money as a down payment towards her new purchaseThat brings the total we gave her back a overage from her first purchaseShe paid plus taxes for her second car minus her refund plus taxesShe used the term we rolled the money over guessing a term she picked up from the insurance person when she totaled her carThere was no money carried over we even gave her extra for her issuesPlease let me know if I could help on any thing else, Thank you, Steve F [redacted]
Our Finance Manager [redacted] contacted [redacted] Credit Union to understand procedure of canceling their gap insuranceThe check was mailed to them last week and then [redacted] will send customer fundsCustomer advised us once recieves funds will close case with Revdex.com

No they did not know my credit was poor till they pulled it and were told not to do hard hit ,also they did not do any kind of financing with me at all ,plus I didnt asked to do finance this was suppose to be to see about lease option plus they didnt have authority to run credit report which indeed includes that they falsify report has it had and old address from over year ago , I have papers here to back this up, they dont want to settle this with us , been told thing and they done totally the oppisite what said plus being told was doing only soft hit , cause my fiancee told me we didnt want hard hit cause it would bring score down plus this stay on report for yrs have that on paper also.they were what we needed for our truck to get another vehicle they didnt want to work with us on that either cause a finance company holds title and that what they need to get released and they were told that , if they can do that , then we can get a vehicle we didnt lie to them at all my score was above before they pulled creditI feel they should pay to have my credit report straighten up that they screw up , I have all paper work to show how many times it was pulled
