Review: This Company was tapped going through our personal items during a 7 hour extermination at [redacted] Apartment!!!!!Desired Settlement: For them to know that they were caught and that it is illegal to do what they did... Maybe fire the person on the video!!

there are times when employees act in ways that are not commiserate with the principals
and values espoused by their employer. This is one
of those times. This technician’s
employment with Brown Exterminating
has been terminated. I offered my
sincerest apologies to the complainant
and she graciously accepted. As a result of this matter I have initiated a training
process for all of our employees to ensure this type of incident never happens
again.

Review: The owner had called to check on my service and when I explained to him that the service was no longer needed because I did not feel that the new exterminator had done a very good job the previous one had great customer service skills and was always on time but he had been fired. I also explained how I had made several calls to the exterminator and left several messages and had no return phone call. I had stated that I was just going to go with another company. [redacted], got very upset and started to cuss at me and told me good [redacted] luck! He got very loud and said that [redacted] was a good worker and I was a liar. I don't feel as though that was good customer service and I have been a customer with them for over a year and had never complained once before. He called me and asked about service so I told him how I felt and that was how I got treated. Will never use or recommend this company to anyone. I think future customers needs to be aware that if the owner calls to see how service is don't complain or [redacted] will get very upset and yell at you.

This complaint is just not truthful. I did call Ms. [redacted] as part of our routine quality control efforts. From the very beginning of our conversation she was extremely belligerent and confrontational. Almost to the point of being incoherent. I did explain to her that I have high confidence in our technician for her area but that she may have better luck from another company. My guess is that Ms. [redacted] was close friends with the previous technician who's employment had been terminated.

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.It seems as though this is going to be an unresolved issue between Brown and myself. I feel as though this man made assumptions about me from the beginning and went from there. I have not nor have I ever been friends with any employee from this company that is just a ridiculous statement. I believe this man assumed I was friends with an employee and acted on that. I feel sorry for him because he is going to hurt his business in long run. Customer service skills definitely needs to addressed within this company.Regards,[redacted]
